Terms of Service

These are the reader terms for beerfestival.co.nz. They are short and written in plain language, so they can be understood before anyone needs to argue about them.

Accepting these terms

You accept these terms by loading or continuing to use beerfestival.co.nz, as they read on the day of your visit. If you do not accept them, close the tab. There is no signup or click-through, so continued use is the act of acceptance.

What this site is

beerfestival.co.nz is an editorial site, not a service. It is an independent publication about PolyBuzz, which is listed on the App Store by Cloud Whale Interactive Technology LLC and operated on the web by Singularity Mutual Entertainment Culture Media Limited. Nothing here is customer support, so for account recovery, billing or other help with the platform, use the feedback button inside the app or the official Discord feedback channel. Coverage on this site is analysis based on published sources and the process on the methodology page.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, site-made images, logo and stylesheet belong to beerfestival.co.nz unless credited otherwise. Third-party trademarks, including PolyBuzz, App Store, Google Play and the platform names in the alternatives comparison, belong to their owners and appear here for reference. Images of any product remain subject to that platform's terms.

You may quote short passages with attribution and a link to the source page. Republishing full pages or scraping the site wholesale is not permitted without written agreement.

Accepted use

Use the site as a reader would: read it, follow outbound links and click through to platforms you choose to sign up for. Do not try to disrupt it, scrape it at abusive volume, embed its content in a way that misrepresents its editorial position, or use it to break the law where you live.

Third-party content and links

Outbound links lead to sites outside this site's editorial control, including the platforms covered, regulators and third-party write-ups. Their availability, content and terms are their own. Where a link is an affiliate link, that is disclosed on the editorial policy page.

Disclaimers

Coverage is accurate to the best of the editor's knowledge as of each page's last-reviewed date. Platforms in this category change prices and features often, so a claim that held in October 2026 may not hold a few months later, and a mismatch with the current product counts as a correction.

Nothing on this site is legal, medical, financial or clinical advice. Cited sources describe findings, not recommendations for a specific reader.

Affiliate disclosure

Some outbound buttons are affiliate links. If you sign up or subscribe through one, the site may earn a commission at no extra cost to you, and the full policy, including what that revenue may not influence, is on the editorial policy page.

Limitations of liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, beerfestival.co.nz and its editor are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the site or from decisions based on its coverage. This does not limit consumer rights you have under mandatory law where you live.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change to reflect legal or operational changes. Substantive changes update the page's dateModified and are noted in the editorial policy log, and continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

Jurisdiction

The site is operated from the Netherlands, and Dutch and EU law apply to it. Nothing here overrides mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection law in your own country.

Contact

Questions about these terms go to the editor via LinkedIn: linkedin.com/in/melissablake1. The response window is seven working days.
