2. Sign in
PolyBuzz login and PolyBuzz sign up use the same three options: a Google account, Apple ID or email address, as listed in the official PolyBuzz FAQ. Accounts that the age detection flags as under 18 are switched to a read-only Viewing Mode and cannot send new messages.
3. Pick a character or open the creator
Search the PolyBuzz chat list by name or tag, or open the creator to build your own character (covered below). Read a character's intro before starting a thread - it is the creator's own summary of who the character is.
4. Chat, and decide on a paid tier
The character opens with the greeting its creator wrote. If a PolyBuzz AI chat reply misses, regenerate it: that costs coins on the free plan and is included with paid memberships. Free coins come from daily logins, ads and tasks and expire after 30 days; purchased coins do not. Paid tiers are bought in-app and billed through the App Store or Google Play.
Character Library, Categories and Filtering
The PolyBuzz chat list shows only characters their creators have set to Public; Private characters never appear in it or in search. Each character carries up to five tags, which makes tags the most reliable filter.
The App Store listing groups the catalogue into celebrities, film and TV characters, historical figures and original characters people invent themselves. Weekly billing is the expensive way to buy a PolyBuzz subscription: $4.99 a week works out to about $21.60 a month, more than double the $9.90 monthly Standard price and above Premium. Ultimate's permanent-memory model is meant to carry details across sessions instead of dropping older messages once a chat runs long, and it is the only tier the official FAQ describes that way.
Free accounts also get 20 AI avatar generations a day and Premium 30, according to Fast.io's breakdown. Coins are a separate currency on every tier, sold from $2.49 for 1,000.
How to cancel a paid plan
Deleting the app does not cancel a PolyBuzz subscription - billing continues until the plan is cancelled where it was bought. Each store handles its own billing, so the steps depend on where you paid.
- iPhone. Settings - your name - Subscriptions - PolyBuzz - Cancel Subscription.
- Android. Google Play - profile icon - Payments & subscriptions - Subscriptions - PolyBuzz - Cancel.
- Website. Card payments on the web run through Stripe, according to the privacy policy, so the app stores cannot cancel them; if no cancel option shows in the account, use the in-app feedback button.
Content Policy and What "Adult" Means Here
On PolyBuzz, "adult" describes the audience, not the content: the app is rated 18+, but the filter stays on for every account. The community guidelines ban sexual content with no exception for verified adults, and the blurring users call the PolyBuzz compliance policy has no off-switch, since Pure Mode only makes filtering stricter. Character Creation and the Builder

- Avatar. Generate one with AI, optionally from a reference image and a short description, or upload your own and crop it for the profile photo, chat background and cover.
